7:15 am Royal Green/Red, Banana
24 0z water
12 Noon Breakfast: Oatmeal, raisens, grapefruit
12:30 24 oz water
4:30 Lunch:  Chicken, lima beans and corn, peach greek yogurt
6:00 24 oz water
7-8:45 workout
9:00 PM Dinner Baked Chicken, eggplant and zuchini, 10 almonds
