My Trainer has asked me to keep a lo for 14 days of everything that enters my mouth! I decided to do this in a separate blog so as not to bore the readers!
I just ordered a microwave air popcorn popper and Yoder popcorn. Can't wait for it to arrive. should be here by Friday. Also ordered coconut oil which I understand is the best type of oil to cook with! Yeah! My favorite snack will become healthier!
