My yesterday and today meal!

Great meal last night!!! Baked Salmon and string beans!  Had oatmeal at 7:30 am this morning and then set my alarm for my snacks and meals.

11am had 1/2 grape fruit
1:45 had left over 1/2 salmon and stringbeans
3:30 had protein supplement
7:40 Dinner: Salmon and egg whites!
