2:45 PM Lunch- chicken, string beans and carrots\
5:45 PM Attain crave blocker chocolate/nut bar
8:30 PM Dinner: Ribs and sweet potatoe fries for Alivia's birthday. I'm feeling very full right now- not a good feeling! hahahah Well Happy Birthday baby.....
