Thursday Meals

10:30 Breakfast  Bananna,Oatmeal, 2 boiled eggs

1:30 PM Lunch Grilled chicken Salad

5:00 PM Snack Melaleuca mint chocolate energy bar
On the way to the gym
10:00 PM Dinner Ham, mixed vegetables, sweet potatoe
Just got home from gym from nutritional seminar and was starving
